Howie & Kevin in NY

My friend Stephanie found out where the guys were staying and she booked a room while they were staying here in New York the beginning of February. We checked into the hotel on Feb. 4th and went up to the room. We got a complementary upgrade to a suite so it was really nice staying in there, lol.

After we got settled in we went down to the lobby and hung out with some of the other girls we knew. After waiting about 20-30 minutes, Stef asked if I wanted to go around back and see if anything was going on. I said sure so we walked around back (thank god for the walkway). We got there in time to see the back of Nick and Kevin's head. We had missed AJ and Brian =(

We waited a little bit for Howie to come and we took some pictures of him. Since it was cold we went back in and up to the room for a while. Since they were at the concert we went out to eat and did a few things befor they came back.

At like 10:30 or 11 we went down to the lobby and sat there waiting... After about an hour or so we learned they all snuck in the back (where 30+ people were) instead of coming into the lobby (where about 10-15 people were). We were sitting around talking to other people in the lobby for a while when AJ (around 12:30/1am) left to go out to eat. He didn't stop for autographs or pictures and Marcus yelled at my friend for getting out of her chair. We watched him leave and went back to talking for a while.

         

Then Howie came back from the concert. The lobby people lined us up inside by the door so we could take a quick picture of him when he walked in. Howie did more than that. He stopped for everyone outside the hotel and inside the lobby to take pictures and sign autographs. After a few people, Howie moved closer to us and started going "Next," "Next". When he got to us, he put his arm around my back and smiled. When I asked if he would sign an autograph for me he said, "Sure sweetheart."

Then was Stef's turn. Someone said "Holy shit she's tall" so she tried bending down to Howie's height. She had him sign her MFC jersey and then he was off to his room. We went back and sat in the lobby and talked for a long while (till 4 am) when the guys in the lobby told us that they needed to shampoo the rug so we either go up to the room or wait outside. We opted for the room and as we got on the elevator the guard from the Hotel lobby stopped us asking us our age. Apparently we answered the question correctly (not giving our ages, lol) and he told us that they would be coming out the back in 10 minutes.

So, what do we do?? Run upstairs and refresh our makeup, grab our coats and run around the block... The walkway was closed but we cut through the parking garage next door. When we got to the other side about 8 people were there waiting... 6 of them left and the other 2 girls that were there told us the same guard told them to come out back for the same reason. We waited no more than 15 minutes before Carlos and Kevin came walking out. One of the girls asked if she could take a picture and since there were only 4 of us they said yes. The other two girls went first and as I was taking a picture with Kevin the 6 girls that left came running around the corner so Carlos stopped him and made him get into the van. Stef never got the picture with him because of those girls!
